Enrollment open
We are launching a tiered Operator & Sustainment Certification Track. It runs from first-touch operation through depot-level sustainment, mapped one-to-one against the equipment we field.
Mission-ready training is not an add-on. It is how field-proven equipment stays field-proven.
Track structure
Three tiers. Each builds on the last. Each ends in a graded readiness assessment.
- Tier I — Operator — safe operation, setup, teardown, and standard field use
- Tier II — Maintainer — module-level service, diagnostics, and fault isolation
- Tier III — Sustainment Lead — depot procedures, lifecycle planning, and crew certification authority
What it covers
| Domain | Focus |
|---|---|
| Hardened systems | Deploy, service, and sustain sealed field nodes |
| Secure comms | Configuration, link discipline, and recovery drills |
| Optics & sensors | Calibration, handling, and field checks |
| Power & sustainment | Rail management, swap procedures, cold-start drills |
Readiness, measured
A certificate is only worth the standard behind it. Every tier closes with a readiness assessment — graded, logged, and tied to a renewal interval. No interval lapse goes unflagged.
Graduates carry a verifiable record. Units carry a verifiable readiness posture.
How it pairs with equipment
Every certification module maps to a fielded system. Procure the kit, enroll the crew, and the training track tells you exactly which competencies the crew needs to operate and sustain it.
