Demo content — Blackridge Defense is a fictional company created to demonstrate this website template. All names, products, specs, and details are made up.
This guide is a brochure-level overview of how a Blackridge hardened field system moves from crate to operational. No tactical or weapon procedures appear here. For unit-specific deployment, consult your issued documentation or contact us.

Step 1: Inspect on receipt

Confirm the tamper seal is intact. Match the case identifier to your manifest. Photograph any transit damage before opening. Log the serial against your asset register.

Step 2: Acclimate and unstow

Let the unit equalize to ambient temperature before powering. Remove desiccant packs. Verify the included items against the packing card — mounting hardware, ruggedized cabling, and quick-start card ship in every crate.

Step 3: Power and self-test

Connect the primary power lead. The system runs an automatic self-test on boot. A solid status indicator means nominal. Any fault code maps to the reference table in your manual.

Step 4: Apply your configuration profile

Load your organization's signed configuration profile. Set callsign, network, and role from the saved baseline. Save the profile so the unit restores it after any power cycle.

Step 5: Verify and stage

Run a final link check against a known-good node. Confirm green across power, network, and storage. Re-stow in the transit case until tasking. Record the readiness check in your log.
